Reports by the Trustee. (a) On or before July 15 in each year in which any of the Securities are Outstanding, the Trustee shall transmit by mail, first class postage prepaid, to the Securityholders, as their names and addresses appear upon the Security Register, a brief report dated as of the preceding May 15, if and to the extent required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act. (b) The Trustee shall comply with Section 313(b) and 313(c) of the Trust Indenture Act.
