Reports, Certificates. At its sole cost and expense, Seller shall report, in form satisfactory to Purchaser, such information as Purchaser may request regarding the Collateral; such reports shall be for such periods, shall reflect Seller’s records at such time and shall be rendered with such frequency as Purchaser may designate. At its sole cost and expense, Seller shall pr omptly provide Purchaser with all such other information concerning its affairs as Purchaser may request from time to time hereafter, and shall immediately notify Purchaser of any adverse change in Seller’s financial condition and or any condition or event which constitutes a breach or an Event of Default under this Agreement. All reports furnished to Purchaser shall be complete, accurate and correct in all respects at the time furnished.
