Common use of Reports, Certificates Clause in Contracts

Reports, Certificates. Lessee shall furnish to Lessor and Lender not later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Delivery Date a report signed by a firm of independent insurance brokers satisfactory to Lessor and Lender stating the opinion of such firm that the insurance then c▇▇▇▇▇▇ and maintained on the Aircraft complies with the terms hereof. Lessee will during the Term furnish to Lessor and Lender evidence of renewal of the insurance policies required pursuant to this Section 10 prior to the cancellation, lapse or expiration of such insurance policies and, on the renewal dates of thereof, a report signed by a firm of independent aircraft insurance brokers, satisfactory to Lessor and Lender stating the opinion of such firm that the insurance then c▇▇▇▇▇▇ and maintained on the Aircraft complies with the terms hereof. Lessee will cause such firm to advise Lessor and Lender in writing promptly of any default in the payment of any premium and of any other act of omission on the part of Lessee of which they have knowledge and which would in such firm's opinion invalidate or render unenforceable, in whole or in any material part, any insurance on the Aircraft. Lessee will also cause such firm to advise Lessor and Lender in writing at least 30 days (or 7 days or such other period as is or may be customarily available, in the case of war risk coverage) prior to the termination or cancellation of, or material adverse change in such insurance carried and maintained on the Aircraft.
