Reports, Data, Studies or Other Materials. Any reports, data, studies or other materials in any form, generated or arising from the use of State funds provided under a Community Partnership Agreement covered by the LMB Policy and Procedures Manual shall be the sole and exclusive property of the State. CCFN is granted a non-exclusive license, without cost or fee, to use such materials. CCFN may not assign or transfer its license. To the extent that such materials are generated by CCFN’s Sub-recipient or grantee, CCFN shall ensure that the State’s ownership interest is disclosed and not impaired by the terms and conditions of such grants and subcontracts.
