Reports on Disputed Work. For work in respect of which the entitlement of the Consultant and/or Contractor is disputed or of an uncertain nature, the Employer may require the Consultant to submit work detail sheets, for the approval of the Employer, as a record of work done. The sheets are "For record purposes only" and do not give rise to or evidence any compensation event.
