Common use of Reports to Administrator Clause in Contracts

Reports to Administrator. Each Series shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Administrator such copies of that Series's Lehman Brothers Institution▇▇ ▇▇ass Prospectus, SAI, financial statements, proxy statements, reports, and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Administrator may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.
