Common use of Reports to Administrator Clause in Contracts

Reports to Administrator. The Company shall furnish or otherwise make available to AmBeacon such information relating to its business and affairs as AmBeacon may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.
