Common use of Reports to Certificateholders and the Rating Agencies Clause in Contracts

Reports to Certificateholders and the Rating Agencies. (a) The Trustee shall provide to any Certificateholder who so requests in writing (addressed to the Corporate Trust Office) a copy of any Servicer's Certificate described in Section 4.9, of the annual statement described in Section 4.10(a), or the annual report described in Section 4.11. The Trustee may require the Certificateholder to pay a reasonable sum to cover the cost of the Trustee's complying with such request. (b) The Trustee shall forward to the Rating Agencies the statement to Certificateholders described in Section 5.8 and any other reports it may receive pursuant to this Agreement (i) to Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, 55 Water Street, New York, New York 10041, (ii) to Moody's Invest▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇., ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇., 99 Church ▇▇▇▇▇▇, 4th Floor, New York, New York 10007 and (iii) t▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇., ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ York, New York 10004.
