Common use of Reports to Certificateholders and the Rating Agencies Clause in Contracts

Reports to Certificateholders and the Rating Agencies. (a) The Trustee at its own expense shall provide to each Certificateholder a copy of each Distribution Date Statement described in Section 3.9(a) concurrently with the delivery of the statement described in Section 4.5 below.

(b) The Trustee shall provide to any Certificateholder who so requests in writing (addressed to the Corporate Trust Office) a copy of the annual audit statement described in Section 3.10, or the annual audit report described in Section 3.11. The Trustee may require the Certificateholder to pay a reasonable sum to cover the cost of the Trustee's complying with such request.
