Common use of Reports to Current Partners Clause in Contracts

Reports to Current Partners. Within ninety (90) days of the end of each fiscal year, the independent certified public accountants selected by the General Partner shall prepare and mail to each Partner a report setting forth as of the end of each fiscal year a balance sheet of the Partnership and a profit and loss statement showing the results of the operations of the Partnership. The report shall also set forth the respective Partner's closing capital account and the manner of its calculation.

Within ninety (90) 90 days of the end of each fiscal year, the independent certified public accountants selected by of the General Partner Partnership shall prepare and mail to each Partner (or assignee of the Interest of a Partner) a report setting forth forth, as of the end of each such fiscal year year: (a) a balance sheet of the Partnership; (b) a statement of income and loss; (c) a statement of Partnership and capital; (d) a profit and loss statement showing the results of changes in net assets; and (e) a statement of the operations of the Partnership. The report shall also set forth the respective individual Partner's closing capital account and the manner of its calculationCapital Account balance.
