Common use of Reports to Medarex Clause in Contracts

Reports to Medarex. During the term of this Agreement, Leukosite shall ------------------ keep Medarex informed of its development and commercialization activities subject to this Agreement, and on January 31 of each year shall provide Medarex with a written summary of such events and activities in the preceding year. When the registration package requesting Approval for commercial sale of any Product receives Approval in the U.S., Europe and Japan, Leukosite will notify Medarex in writing within [*****] days thereof.

During the term of this Agreement, Leukosite shall ------------------ keep Medarex fully informed of its development and commercialization activities subject to this Agreement, including without limitation, the commercialization of Products, and on January 31 of each year shall provide Medarex with a written summary of report detailing such events and activities in the preceding yearactivities. When the registration package requesting Approval approval for commercial sale of any the Product receives Approval is first filed in the U.S., Europe the European Union and Japan, and in each case when approval is received therefor, Leukosite will notify Medarex in writing within [*****] days thereofdays.
