Reports to Noteholders. The Indenture Trustee shall provide to any Noteholder who so requests in writing (addressed to the Corporate Trust Office of the Indenture Trustee) a copy of any certificate described in Section 8.12 hereof, the annual statement described in Section 8.13 hereof, or the annual report described in Section 8.14 hereof. The Indenture Trustee may require the requesting party to pay a reasonable sum to cover the cost of the Indenture Trustee's complying with such request.
