Reports to the Administrative Agent Account Statements Servicer Information. (a) Notice of Borrowing or Conversion; Borrowing Base Certificate. In accordance with Section 2.02 and Section 2.18, the Borrower (or the Servicer on its behalf) will provide a Notice of Borrowing, a Conversion Notice or a Notice of Reduction, as applicable, and a Borrowing Base Certificate, each updated as of such date, to the Administrative Agent and each Lender (with a copy to the Collateral Agent). On each date that the Assigned Value of an Eligible Loan Asset is changed, the Borrower (or the Servicer on its behalf) will deliver an adjusted Borrowing Base Certificate to the Administrative Agent and each Lender.
