Reports to the Members. As soon as practicable in the particular case, the Company’s Treasurer shall deliver or cause to be delivered the following reports to each Member: (a) After the end of each fiscal year, such information concerning the Company as shall be necessary for the preparation by a Member of such Member’s income tax or other tax returns; and (b) Other information as shall be reasonably necessary for the Members to be advised of the results of the Company’s operations.
