Common use of Reports to the SEC Clause in Contracts

Ambanc shall continue to file all reports ------------------ and data with the SEC necessary to permit the shareholders of Company who may be deemed "underwriters" (within the meaning of Rule 145 under the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇) of Company Common Stock to sell the Ambanc Common Stock received by them in connection with the Merger pursuant to Rules 144 and 145(d) under such Act if they would otherwise be so entitled.
