Reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Indenture Trustee shall, on behalf of the Issuer, cause to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission all monthly reports on Form 8-K and annual reports on Form 10-K by EDGAR electronic format (or any successor format) required to be file▇ ▇▇▇er the provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission thereunder. The Indenture Trustee shall obtain on behalf of the Issuer, EDGAR access codes (or any successor codes) on behalf of the Issuer r▇▇▇▇▇ed for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Upon the request of the Indenture Trustee, each of the Servicer, the Master Servicer and the Transferor shall cooperate with the Indenture Trustee in the preparation of any such report and shall provide to the Indenture Trustee in a timely manner all such information or documentation as the Indenture Trustee may reasonably request in connection with the performance of its duties and obligations under this Section 4.05.
