REPORTS TO THE TRUSTEES. The Servicer will consult with the Trustees at such times as the Trustees reasonably request with respect to the services provided hereunder, and the Servicer will cause its officers to attend such meetings with the Trustees, and to furnish such oral or written reports to the Trustees, as the Trustees may reasonably request.
