Representation and Contract Administration Sample Clauses

The Representation and Contract Administration clause defines the roles and responsibilities of parties or individuals designated to act on behalf of each contracting party during the execution of the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies who is authorized to make decisions, issue instructions, or communicate formally regarding contract matters, such as a project manager or contract administrator. By clearly identifying these representatives, the clause ensures efficient communication, streamlines decision-making, and helps prevent misunderstandings or disputes over authority during the contract's performance.
