Representation and costs. It is hereby acknowledged by each of the Parties hereto that, as between the Company and the Consultant, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Barristers and Solicitors, acts solely for the Company, and that the Consultant has been advised to obtain independent legal advice with respect to this Agreement and that he has consulted with or has had the opportunity to consult with independent counsel of his own choice concerning this Agreement and that he has read and understands the Agreement, is fully aware of its legal effect, and has entered into it freely based on his own judgment.
