Representation and Warranty. Such Lease provides for level payments (exclusive of taxes) that fully amortize the adjusted capitalized cost of the Lease to the related Contract Residual over the lease term at a rate implicit in the Lease and corresponding to the disclosed rent charge and, in the event of a Lessee initiated early termination, provides for payment of the Early Termination Charge;
