Representation at Meetings. An employee will have the right to have an EM-SPARK representative present whenever asked to come to meet with their supervisor. This especially pertains to any meetings that could lead to discipline under Article 18 β Corrective Action or probationary release in Article 15 β Probationary Period. This generally does not pertain to general daily work direction, such as, bus duty, lunch supervision or assignment of other daily tasks.
