Representation in meetings. Employees have the right to have a Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ present at meetings with supervisors or management representative when such meetings are investigatory or disciplinary in nature. It shall be the responsibility of the bargaining unit member to request the presence of a Union representative, per ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Rights. Employees will be given 24 hour notice of such meeting, so as to secure Union representation; if said notice is not given in a timely manner, the Employer will re-schedule the meeting to a time when the Union representative and affected worker will be available.
