Representation of Condition of Premises. The Lessor has let the demised premises in their present condition and without any representations on the part of the Lessor, its officers, employees, servants and/or agents. It is understood and agreed that Lessor is under no duty to make repairs or alterations at the time of letting or at any time thereafter except as in herein specifically provided.
