Representation of the Employee. The Employee represents and warrants that neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement nor the performance of his duties hereunder violates the provisions of any other agreement to which he is a party or by which he is bound, including, but not limited to, any Cincinnati ▇▇▇▇ Information Systems, Inc. employment agreement or covenant not to compete.
