Representation or Warranties. Any (a) representation or warranty made or deemed made by or on behalf of any Obligor to the Bank under or in connection with this Agreement or any of the Loan Documents, or (b) certificate or information delivered by or on behalf of any Obligor to the Bank in connection with this Agreement or any of the Loan Documents is false in any material respect on the date as of which made or deemed to be made.
