Representation or Warranty. Any representation or warranty made or deemed made by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary herein or in any writing furnished in connection with or pursuant to the Loan Documents, or any report certificate, financial statement, or other information provided by others and furnished by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to the Bank in connection with or pursuant to the Loan Documents, shall be false or misleading in any material respect on the date when made or when deemed made.
