Common use of Representational Information Clause in Contracts

Representational Information. The City shall provide the Union with the following information for each unit employee: A. A quarterly listing for each employee to include: Name, address, classification title, Union membership and dues amount, department, original date of employment, monthly salary or hourly rate and total current Union insurance deduction amounts. B. A monthly listing of dues and supplemental Union insurance deduction amounts.
