Representations and Guarantees. 7.1. The Controller represents and guarantees that the Processor has adopted the necessary mechanisms provided in the GDPR to preserve the confidentiality, security and integrity of personal data, considering the state of the art and the cost of its application in respect of the related risks and the nature of the personal data. 7.2. The Processor represents and guarantees to the Controller that it possesses the requisite specialised knowledge, reliable character and resources to implement technical and organisational measures that meet the requirements of the GDPR, including the security of processing, all being necessary to comply with the obligations of this DPA in relation to personal data.
