Representations and Warranties as to Each Receivable. (a) In connection with the establishment of each Series of Notes, each of the Company and AutoBond will make the representations and warranties designated with respect to such Series. (b) The Company and the Administrator each hereby certifies that the representations and warranties contemplated in this Section 11.02 shall survive the transfer of the Receivables to the Trust Estate.
