Common use of Representations and Warranties at the Closing Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties at the Closing. Except as expressly otherwise permitted in this Agreement, the representations and warranties of InterCall set forth in this Agreement shall be true at the Closing as though such representations and warranties were made on such date, unless they reference a specific earlier date whereupon, at the Closing, they shall be true as at the earlier date referenced.
