REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE BUYER. As an inducement to Seller to enter into this Agreement and to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the Buyer makes the representations and warranties to Seller set forth in this Section 3.2 except as set forth in, or qualified by any matter set forth in, the Schedules. References to specific, numbered Schedules in this Section 3.2 do not limit the general applicability of the exceptions, qualifications, and other matters set forth in all other Schedules to each and every representation and warranty set forth in this Section 3.2 to the extent the applicability of the exceptions or qualifications to other non-referenced representation and warranty is reasonably apparent.
