Representations and Warranties in Other Related Documents. Each of the representations and warranties of Superior and each Originator, as applicable, contained in the Related Documents (other than this Agreement) is true and correct and Superior or such Originator, as the case may be, hereby makes each such representation and warranty to, and for the benefit of, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent as if the same were set forth in full herein. Each Originator consents to the assignment of Buyer's rights with respect to all such representations and warranties to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders (and their respective successors and assigns) pursuant to the Funding Agreement.
