Common use of REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ALPINE Clause in Contracts

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ALPINE. The representations and warranties of Alpine in this Agreement (i) shall have been true and correct in all material respects as of the date of this Agreement, and (ii) shall be true and correct in all material respects on the Initial Closing Date with the same force and effect as if made on such date.
