Common use of REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF CC HOLDINGS AND IRG Clause in Contracts

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF CC HOLDINGS AND IRG. CC Holdings and IRG make the following representations and warranties to APS, each of which is true and correct on the date hereof and shall remain true and correct to and including the Closing Date, except as disclosed in the Disclosure Schedule delivered to APS at the time of the execution of this Agreement.
