Common use of Representations and Warranties of MTF Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of MTF. The first paragraph of Article VIII of the Original Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety, and the following is inserted in lieu thereof: “Except for the representations and warranties in Section 8.7(a), Section 8.7(b), Section 8.7(c) and Section 8.8, each of which will be given for the entire Term, MTF hereby represents and warrants to Orthofix as of the Effective Date, and again as of the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, as follows:”
