REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF SELLERS AND ▇▇▇▇▇▇ COMMUNICATIONS. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Communications and Sellers, jointly and severally represent and warrant to Buyer and GateHouse Media that the statements contained in this Article III are correct and complete as of the date of this Agreement and will be correct and complete as of the Closing Date, except as may be set forth in the disclosure schedules delivered pursuant hereto. Disclosure made in a specific section or subsection of the disclosure schedules shall not be deemed to have been made with respect to any other section or subsection herein unless an explicit cross-reference appears in such disclosure schedule to that effect or such disclosure is reasonably apparent on its face.
