Common use of Representations and Warranties of Servicer Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of Servicer. The Servicer makes the following representations and warranties, as of the Closing Date, and as of such other dates as expressly provided in this Section 6.01, on which the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee are deemed to have relied in entering into this Servicing Agreement relating to the servicing of the Storm Recovery Property, and on which the Commission relied in exercising its rights to review and provide input pursuant to the terms of the Financing Order. The representations and warranties shall survive the execution and delivery of this Servicing Agreement, the sale of the Storm Recovery Property and the pledge thereof to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Indenture.
