Representations and Warranties Repeated. With respect to itself and each other Group Member, as applicable, each of the representations and warranties to the Debentureholders made by the Company in the Subscription Agreements are repeated herein for the purposes of this Indenture and for the benefit of the Trustee, the Collateral Agent and the Debentureholders, mutatis mutandis.
