Representations and Warranties True; Absence of Defaults. Each of the representations and warranties made by or on behalf of Lessee under the Operative Agreements shall be true on and as of each Delivery Date, and no Incipient Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing on and as of each Delivery Date.
