Representations and Warranties True at the Closing. All representations and warranties of CTI and Shareholders contained in this Agreement will be true and correct at and as of the time of the Closing, and CTI and Shareholders shall have delivered to A▇▇▇▇ certificates, dated the date of the Closing, to such effect and in the form and substance satisfactory to A▇▇▇▇, and signed, in the case of CTI, by its president and secretary.
