Representations and Warranties Upon Delivery of Financial Statements, Documents, and Other Information. Each delivery by a Loan Party to Bank of financial statements, other documents, or information after the date of this Agreement shall be a representation and warranty that such financial statements, other documents, or information is correct and complete in all material respects, that there are no omissions therefrom that result in such financial statements, other documents, or information being incomplete, incorrect, or misleading in any material respect as of the date thereof.
