TEBRA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THE REQUESTED CODE AND/OR FUNCTIONALITIES COMPLY(IES) WITH ANY AND ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO CUSTOMER’S BUSINESS.
