Consultant represents to the Company that Consultant is under no contractual, legal or fiduciary obligation or burden that reasonably may be expected to interfere with Consultant’s ability to perform the Services in accordance with the Consulting Agreement’s terms, including without limitation any agreement or obligation to or with any other company.
