Common use of Representations, etc Clause in Contracts

Representations, etc. Any representation, warranty or statement made or deemed made by any Credit Party herein or in any other Credit Document or any certificate delivered or required to be delivered pursuant hereto or thereto shall prove to be materially untrue on the date as of which made or deemed made, and, to the extent capable of being cured, such incorrect representation and warranty shall remain incorrect in any material respect for a period of thirty days after written notice thereof from the Administrative Agent to the Borrower; or

Representations, etc. Any representation, warranty or statement made or deemed made by any Credit Party herein or in any other Credit Document or any certificate delivered or required to be delivered pursuant hereto or thereto shall prove to be materially untrue in any material respect on the date as of which made or deemed made, and, to the extent capable of being cured, such incorrect representation and or warranty shall remain incorrect in any material respect for a period of thirty 30 days after written notice thereof from the Administrative Agent to the Borrower; or
