Representations Not Limited. The representations, warranties, covenants and obligations of the Parties, and the rights and remedies that may be exercised by Indemnified Parties, shall not be limited or otherwise affected by or as a result of any information furnished to, or any investigation made by or knowledge of, any of Indemnified Parties or any of their representatives. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Indemnified Parties expressly reserve the right to seek indemnity or other remedy for any losses arising out of or relating to any breach of any representation, warranty or covenant contained herein, notwithstanding any investigation by, disclosure to, knowledge or imputed knowledge of the Indemnified Parties in respect of any fact or circumstance that reveals the occurrence of any such breach.
