CONTRACTOR is duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Idaho, is duly qualified to do business in the State of Nevada, and has the power and authority to enter and perform its obligations under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR is a licensed contractor in the State of Nevada, and CONTRACTOR’s Nevada State contractor’s license number is 71424.
