Common use of Representations of Owner Clause in Contracts

Representations of Owner. By execution of a lease for a Rental Affordable Housing Unit, Owner shall be deemed to represent and warrant to the District, which may rely on the following, that: (i) the Household is a Qualified Tenant pursuant to the executed Certification of Income, Affordability, and Housing Size and Declaration of Eligibility received by Owner, and
