Common use of Representations of Party A Clause in Contracts

Representations of Party A. 1. Party A is the sole owner of the equity to be transferred as stipulated in Article 1 of this Agreement. 2. As a shareholder of the Company, Party A has fully fulfilled the obligation to contribute to the registered capital of the Company. 3. As of the effective date of this Agreement, Party A shall completely withdraw from the operation of the Company and no longer participate in the distribution of the Company’s property and profits.
