Representations Use of Bond Proceeds Clause Samples

The 'Representations; Use of Bond Proceeds' clause defines the issuer's obligations to accurately disclose information and to use the funds raised from a bond issuance for specified purposes. In practice, this clause requires the issuer to make certain statements about its financial condition, legal authority, and intended use of the bond proceeds, such as funding a particular project or refinancing existing debt.
