REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OF THE PURCHASER. 9.1 The Purchaser represents and warrants to the Vendor that: (1) it has all necessary power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to carry out its obligations hereunder; and (2) it is not a non-Canadian for the purposes of the Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act (Canada), with the knowledge and expectation that the Vendor is placing complete reliance thereon and, but for such representation and warranty, the Vendor would not have entered into this Agreement.
